Steps for Participation in the Goodie Bag Program
1. Download: the Goodie Bag Form.
*Requires free Adobe Reader to view and print.
2. Call : Matt Nolin to participate in the goodie bag program.
(You can not sign up for the goodie bag program through Elite Racing -- you must contact "The Sample Guy" to sign up)
3. Payment: Arrange to make payment with The Sample Guy.
4. Shipping: You will receive a shipment authorization code and the shipping address when you sign up for the goodie bag program.
5. Deadline: Inserts must be shipped to "The Sample Guy" goodie bag stuffing warehouse in time to arrive between July 30 and August 13, 2009 .
